OUCH!

Russell got his first set of stitches last Sunday. He was jumping on a bed and hit his head on a sharp edge. After a lot of lost blood and tears we rushed him over to the hospital to get a bunch of stitches. The cut was over an inch long and was really deep. He was a real good sport, mom cried in the hospital room because he had a hard time with the shots and dad had to leave the room because he started to get light headed. The doctors really felt around to make sure there were no bone fragments. But we made it through and he even got his favorite treat afterwards a popsicle!

Yeah!!!! You finally got a blog! I love it! Now we can almost keep up on each other like we were neighbors again! Poor Russell! That is funny that they gave him a popsicle. It must be a thing they do. Aiden got one when we went to the ER when we thought he broke his nose. I hope he is feeling better soon. We miss you guys!
